iTunes calls them a dreamy folk-pop band. They didn’t quite start off sounding like that though. Another band here that has evolved on their own terms over the years. Starting way back there in the year nineteen hundred and eighty-nine and they’re still going strong. Definitely more folk now than their mid-90’s jangly dreampop sounds where they were able to somewhat crossover into mainstream radio. Maybe that’s why they changed course? I do prefer their earlier stuff. But, with that said, I have to say, I’m in love with, “On Your Side” from their latest release See You Tomorrow. You should buy & listen now. 🙂
