Ride is coming back to the US for another tour, to the delight of their fans.
The popular shoegaze band split up in 1996 due to creative differences between band members Steve Queralt and Andy Bell. They reunited in November 2014 and have had a number of successful performances, including a show in their hometown of Oxford, England on April 5 to an audience of just 500 lucky fans.
Rolling Stone said about their reunion, “More than a decade later, the bristling wall of sound was just as brooding, rumbling and heavy as we had remembered.”
Their next tour starts September 17 in Washington, D.C.

I saw them in San Francisco at The Warfield, which they claim was their biggest show in America to date. It was an amazing show to see and I was fortunate enough to meet the band after the show.
