Published on: Nov 20 2018 by Darren Revell

Join Darren Revell for artist Timothy Warren William’s Sunshine Deathmask L.A. in Venice, California. William’s artwork is heavily influenced by the artists of Big Sonic Heaven. In a recent interview when asked if William’s listens to music while working his response to LA Weekly was,

“ALWAYS! Brit Masters: Bowie, Dead Can Dance, Bauhaus, Sisters of Mercy, Cocteau Twins, Chameleons UK, The Police, Peter Gabriel, The Verve, The Orb, My Bloody Valentine, The Cranes, Underworld, Slowdive, Massive Attack; ’80s 4AD bands; Creation Records bands, Christian Death, Jane’s Addiction, Mazzy Star, Black Flag, Black Cat Gallery, Nardcore bands: Scared Straight, Aggression, Ill Repute, Stalag 13 — and the greatest composer of all: J.S. Bach.”

Darren Revell will be spinning at the reception as well as mixing William’s Dreampop/Ethereal band, “Black Cat Gallery”, who perform at 8pm. Sunshine Deathmask will also feature live painting by Norton Wisdom and Curation by Jim Budman.
